The British Columbia Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (BCAMRT) is a volunteer organization which supports and advocates the professional and ethical standards of Medical Radiation Technologists. Incorporated under the BC Society Act, the Association represents some 2000 members in British Columbia.

The BCAMRT is affiliated with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). The CAMRT certification examination is the national standard for those entering the profession. The BCAMRT endorses the CAMRT mission, vision, code of ethics and core values.

BCAMRT, in affiliation with CAMRT, manages the professional affairs of medical radiation technologists in BC, including such things as standards of training, certification and our Code of Ethics. BCAMRT is the voice of the membership in professional issues, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
